Blog or no blog

The letter dropped in the door. Not an expected letter, but decidedly not unwelcome. Would I please send in the whole manuscript of my children's novel for their consideration? Absolutely- 'Yes, I will!'
Today has to be a sort of day of rest...well, not exactly. Since I failed to make it to the post office on time, yesterday, to mail the hard copy of the manuscript it has given me another opportunity to check it over.
So ...not quite rest.
