Monday Moments features a fantastic pre-release chance to find out about Apocalyptic Moon!

It's great to welcome Eva Gordon to Monday Moments. Eva - a fellow Wild Rose Press author - has a wonderful book to share with us today called Apocalyptic Moon, but she's also answered a few of my inquisitive questions.

I asked Eva to describe herself using only 6 words...
Science geek. Animal lover. Adventuress romantic.

Tell us a bit about your writing.
I write fantasy and paranormal novels with a strong romantic element and a splash of high stakes suspense. I love to create stories that combine my passion for mythology, romance and werewolf and animal lore. Apocalyptic Moon was inspired by my love of the zombie and the paranormal romance genre.

I have my rights back to The Wolf Maiden Chronicles series and Corvallis Press will be publishing my updated, revised books. Coming soon after the new book in the series, Lycan Gladiator is released later in 2013.

Under my nom de plume, Sadie Winstone, I write steampunk and Victorian era historical.

Name your most favourite place in the whole world.
I love eco-global travel so this is a tough question. I have degrees in Zoology and Biology so I have to say, it would be my camping safari in East Africa. Vast grasslands and herds of animals everywhere! I felt like I was back on Earth during the Age of Mammals.

Are you a gadget freak, or a technophobe?
I’m a hybrid because I like my ipad but I’m annoyed how some people ignore others and the environment around them to talk, text or play games. How about techno-annoyed?

You have been granted a whole week where you can choose every single thing you want to do. What would that be? (Ahem. Answers within reason for the average blog visitor please!)
Wow. This will require a fast fuelled jet. Okay, breakfast in Paris. Visit the catacombs. Fly to Greece and spend a day in the Agora. Fly to Nairobi. Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. Fly back to London. Train to Lyme Regis and then back to London and fly home. Okay, not sure if a week is enough time but it’s my fantasy. All I know is that I feel like Hilary Clinton.

Here's more about Apocalyptic Moon...

Book tagline:
Ravaged by a global zombie pandemic, humanity’s survival depends on the secret society of shifters, but can they be trusted?

Book Blurb:
Dr. Dora Adler’s life has been in disarray since the beginning of the zombie apocalypse, but when she gets bitten by one of the undead her whole world is turned upside down. Held captive in a secret underground lab, the tall, muscular hunk in the next cell is her only hope for salvation. Unfortunately, he claims to be a werewolf. Yeah, and she’s supposedly a witch.

Dirk Gunderson is an alpha Arbor pack werewolf. Captured and collared, he’s sold to the zombie lab in hopes his blood serum can create a vaccine. He needs to escape, but not without the hot little brunette witch.

In the midst of enemy werewolves and the hordes of undead, Dirk and Dora’s sexual tension ignites a blaze hotter than the desert highway. Along their journey, they battle the inevitable: a werewolf must never take a witch as a mate.

Official Release: May 10, 2013
